Young people on the ATTUNE project have attended creative workshops, either in Oxford, Falmouth, Kent or Leeds, where they have been busy creating different types of films, from animation films to documentaries.

‘The Phone’ by Young People Cornwall (YPC)

This short animation film, by YPC, is about the effects online bullying can have on a young person’s mental health, and how arts-based therapies can help improve mental health!

This animation film was made by Falmouth University students during an animation workshop. It is about their experiences of mental health told through animation.

‘Foundation Lifeline’ by Foundation Scarborough

This film is about what Foundation Scarborough does for young people who have found themselves homeless.

Kent documentary by the Kent film crew

The Kent documentary is about how neurodiversity and mental health are linked. It also covers the Kent film crew’s experiences on being a neurodiverse young person on the project.

ATTUNE documentary.

The ATTUNE documentary created by film students Julie and Filip, and Junior Content Producer on ATTUNE, Ellie, is about Work Package 1 and the workshops which have taken place. The documentary shows various workshop attendees being interviewed on their experiences of ATTUNE so far.

What it’s like being a younger colleague on ATTUNE?

This documentary-style film was created by Professor Paul Cooke at the University of Leeds and interviews the following young people on the ATTUNE project: Simran Sansoy: Project Manager, Kier Harris: PHD student, and Ellie Dawes: Junior Content Producer.
